Description: Repurposing for a new facility for the manufacture of pharmaceutical oral solid dosage (OSD) products, production.
The Facility includes blending of ingredients, press tablets, undertaking quality control procedures, and packaging SKUs in different ways. Confirmation and procurement/installation of machinery are needed to achieve these steps, within the space available.
A critical – aspect was the consideration in facility design, of how to move materials between the different steps in the production process.
